12U Majors and AAA divisions: Played on 70' bases with a 50' pitching distance. Both Majors and AAA will play by the same rules and allow for lead-offs and dropped third strikes. No metal spikes allowed.

Balks will be called immediately in all divisions that play with Lead Offs.
