When/if there are not enough 14U AAA and 14U Majors teams to create separate divisions, we will combine the AAA and Majors. Based on the talent discrepancy, we will sometimes give 13U Majors teams the option of playing 14U AAA. During the high school tournament season (Mid May - July) we will give 14U Majors teams the option of playing with 15U. This may mean starting on a weeknight. GSL will use our expertise and knowledge of the teams to provide everyone with the best on field experience and competition. It takes at least 4 teams in order to fill out a competitive weekend. 

Both the AAA and Majors divisions are played with leadoffs and dropped third strikes. This age division pitches from 60 feet and the bases are 90 feet apart.

Both 14U divisions play with BBCOR or Wood Bats.

GSL Tournaments believes the coaches should use their best discretion regarding their use of pitchers. It is NOT a requirement but it is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that teams follow the USA Pitch Smart Guidelines to best protect their players' futures.

The age cutoff for the 14U Division during the 2022 season is players born on or after May 1st, 2007.
